We're building communities of women who don't just study their faith.

What Does a Chapter Leader Actually Do?

You don't have to write Bible studies.

You don't have to prepare sermons.

You don't have to have all the answers.

Every week, women across the country receive the same Walking on Water teaching and Bible study from Bridget Irby.

Your role is beautifully simple.

You help women:

Know one another.

Love one another.

Pray for one another.

Notice needs in your community.

Become the answer to someone's prayer.

You are not expected to be the expert.

You are simply the woman willing to say,

"I'll go first."

Who We're Looking For

We're praying for women who:

Love Jesus.

Care deeply about people.

Naturally encourage others.

Show up when life gets hard.

Believe faith should lead to action.

Value authentic relationships over appearances.

Are willing to gather women around a table.

Don't need a platform.

Simply want their lives to matter.

You don't need ministry experience.

You don't need to be a Bible teacher.

You don't need to have a perfect life.

You simply need to be willing to keep your eyes on Jesus and help other women do the same.
