Are You Called To Leadership?
By empowering women, you can transform lives.
Become A Chapter Leader
Why Should I Become a Chapter Leader?
Do you feel called to make a difference in the lives of women?
To build genuine connections and support others in their faith journey?
Becoming a Sisterhood Chapter Leader is your opportunity to answer that call.
Here’s why you’ll want to be part of this transformative journey:
1. You Will Be the Heart of a Thriving Community
As a chapter leader, you’re more than a facilitator—you’re the “heart” of a community, creating a space where women feel seen, heard, and loved. You’ll foster relationships that uplift and empower, while leading women in faith and personal growth.
2. You Will Grow Spiritually While Leading Others
This role is as much about your growth as it is about those you’ll guide. With mentorship, resources, and hands-on support, you’ll deepen your own relationship with God, learning leadership skills that transform every aspect of your life.
3. You'll Have Flexibility and Freedom to Build Your Vision
Want to make this a part-time passion project or a full-time ministry? The sky’s the limit. Whether you’re looking to replace an income stream or simply grow a faith-filled community, you set the pace and time commitment that fits your life and goals.
Who is a Good Fit to Become a Chapter Leader?
Here’s who we’re looking for:
- Faith-Driven Women who believe in living as the hands and feet of Jesus, building others up, and sharing God’s love.
- Natural Connectors who thrive on building relationships, leading discussions, and supporting others in their journeys.
- Empowered Leaders who are ready to create impact, gain personal growth, and cultivate a supportive community.
If you have a heart for helping women, a spirit of encouragement, and a willingness to lead, you’re a perfect fit for the Sisterhood Chapter Leader role.
What Will Life Look Like as a Leader?
Imagine waking up each day knowing you’re impacting lives and strengthening faith. Picture the joy of seeing women come together, supporting each other through life’s highs and lows, and growing in their walk with God—all because you said “yes” to this calling.
As a Sisterhood Chapter Leader, you’ll:
Host Bible Studies & Prayer Sessions
You'll lead small group discussions, foster meaningful conversations, and create prayerful spaces where women can share, connect, and grow.
Foster Community and Lasting Connections
You'll bring together like-minded women, helping them build friendships, find encouragement, and experience the power of unity in Christ.
Enjoy Mentorship and Support
You’ll never walk this path alone. With direct mentorship from our founder and access to exclusive training, you’ll have the support and resources you need to grow as a leader and guide your chapter effectively.
Earn a Commission for Growing the Sisterhood
Transforming lives is its own reward, but as a chapter leader, you also have the opportunity to earn commissions through your community’s growth. Whether you’re growing a small group or creating a thriving network, this can be a flexible, meaningful income stream.
