Sisterhood Membership Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure that every member finds value, support, and community through the Sisterhood. To maintain a fair policy that aligns with our commitment to serving each of you, please review our guidelines below.
Monthly Memberships
Due to the nature of digital services, monthly membership fees are non-refundable once the month has started. However, memberships are free to be cancelled anytime. We encourage members to take full advantage of the resources, live coaching, and community support available each month. If you have any issues or need assistance, please reach out to us at missiondrivensisters@gmail.com so we can help make the most of your membership experience.
Annual Memberships
For annual memberships, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you feel the Sisterhood isn’t a good fit within the first 14 days of your annual membership, please contact us at missiondrivensisters@gmail.com to request a full refund. After 14 days, annual memberships are non-refundable.
Exceptions
We understand that life can bring unexpected changes. If you experience a significant life event that affects your ability to participate in the membership (such as medical issues or family emergencies), please contact us at missiondrivensisters@gmail.com. We review these cases individually and may offer a partial refund or other accommodations as appropriate.
