By joining our membership community, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the services provided through our platforms and are designed to create a safe, positive, and effective experience for everyone.

1. Membership Overview: The Sisterhood and Amplified (collectively, “the Memberships”) are communities designed to empower, support, and equip members through resources, events, and coaching. By purchasing a membership, you gain access to exclusive resources, coaching sessions, community forums, and other benefits (collectively, “Services”).
2. Eligibility:  Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By joining, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
3. Payment and Subscription Terms: Monthly and Annual Subscriptions: Membership fees are billed either monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for each renewal period. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital services, monthly membership fees are non-refundable. Annual memberships offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days, please contact us at missiondrivensisters@gmail.com to request a refund.
4. Member Conduct and Community Guidelines:  To create a respectful and positive environment, members are expected to:

• Engage respectfully with others, fostering an atmosphere of support, kindness, and encouragement.
• Avoid discrimination, harassment, or any behavior that is contrary to our community standards.
• Refrain from sharing personal contact information outside of designated group settings unless comfortable and at their own discretion.
• Violations of conduct standards may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent removal from the Memberships, without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Usage:  Ownership of Content: All content, materials, and resources provided within the Memberships are the intellectual property of The Sisterhood and Amplified. Members may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any content without prior written consent.Member Contributions: By submitting comments, posts, or other content to the community, you grant The Sisterhood and Amplified a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, or distribute this content in connection with community purposes.
6. Coaching and Advice Disclaimer:  The Sisterhood and Amplified provide educational and informational resources, including coaching. While we strive to offer guidance and support, all coaching and advice are intended for general guidance only and are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. Members are encouraged to consult professionals for specific needs.
7. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sisterhood and Amplified, including all officers, directors, employees, and affiliates, are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in the Memberships. Members engage in the Memberships at their own risk and are responsible for their own actions and interactions with other members.
8. Privacy and Data Collection: Your privacy is important to us. By joining, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We will not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms and Services: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of the Memberships at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Memberships constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Cancellation and Termination - Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the membership term.Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate any member’s access to the Memberships for violating these terms or for any behavior that negatively impacts our community. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
